Request for Proposals
Furnish, Fabricate and Erect Structural Steel, Intumescent Fire Resistant Coating, Metal Deck & Precast Concrete
Phoenix Constructors JV and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey have performed an evaluation of the proposals (Pre-Qualification Packages) that were received in response to Step 1 of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Work Package No. 20 RFP/Contract No:.WOTC-GC1-2-KN0186-020. We hereby announce that the following companies have been short-listed to proceed with Step 2 of the RFP (listed in alphabetical order):

- DCM Erectors Inc.
- Perini Corporation.
- W & W Steel, LLC
The short-listed bidders will be submitting proposals for the Furnish, Fabricate and Erect Structural Steel, Intumescent Fire Resistant Coating, Metal Deck & Precast Concrete RFP, to be performed as a component of the Station Construction and Transit Hall Structure to Grade, Work Package #20. If you have interest in working on this project, please contact one of the short-listed bidders. Due to the size and nature of the different specialty trade requirements of this RFP, the short-listed bidders are permitted to select a team of subcontractors or form a joint venture or consortium to bid the RFP. The short-listed bidders are to submit their proposal by February 9, 2009.
